Pricing questions
Is GST included?
Hivee isn't registered for GST yet, so there's nothing added. $79 is what you pay. If that ever changes, you'll hear from us well before it affects you.
What counts as a lead?
Each new conversation someone starts with you counts as one. Quotes don't count, so you can quote as often as you need. Starter includes 40 a month, counted from your billing date. During your free trial you'll see the same count, and nothing is charged.
What if I go over?
Hivee keeps answering. Each lead past your allowance is $1, added to your next bill, and Hivee tells you before the first one.
Can the price change?
Only with at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it applies. The leads included in your plan never go down.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no notice period. Cancel in the app and your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
